The Loftman Company covers areas throughout the West Midlands, East Midlands, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and East Anglia. We are happy to travel further upon arrangement.
Every member of our excellent team is fully qualified and trained within their respective field; for instance, our loft fitters are highly trained carpenters with a wealth of experience and all hold CSCS Cards. Our Roof window fitters are Velux Certified Installers and our Electricians are NICEIC Certified and City and Guilds Qualified.
It’s very important to us that our team have the required insurance, training and qualifications for the type of work they carry out. Such as Asbestos identification, working at height and managing risk through detailed assessments. This ensures we provide outstanding service and deliver your project safely.
We can help you obtain the relevant permissions if required and certifications from Building Control should the need arise.

Following your initial enquiry, we’ll visit your home to carry out a survey appointment. We will then deliver our quote and answer any additional questions that you have. If you’re happy to proceed, you’ll click to accept the online quote and one of our team will call and book you in. Please note that we take a small deposit, depending on the project size.
Our installation team arrive on the day and begin your new energy-saving installation. The team are incredibly conscious of working in your home and will lay dust sheets throughout the working area to minimise any dust or debris collecting. Prior to finishing, we clear away all of our excess materials and vacuum any debris away. Once complete, we run you through a complete demonstration of your new loft space. Once you’re happy, the final payment is taken via our card payment machine.

Finance isn’t available at this time

The Loftman Company are pleased to offer a range of very attractive monthly payment options. With our market leading 10 and 24 month options proving the most popular. *More details are available on request.
